上半年，共受理专利复审请求2.62万件；结案2.57万件。受理专利无效宣告请求0.26万件；结案0.43万件。我国发明专利审查周期20.3个月，高价值专利审查周期15.2个月，实用新型审查周期6.4个月，外观设计审查周期3.2个月。

In the first half of the year, a total of 26,200 patent review requests were accepted by China National Intellectual Property Administration and 25,700 cases were closed. 2,600 requests for patent invalidation declarations were accepted and 4300 cases were closed. In China, the examination period of invention patents is 20.3 months, high-value patents 15.2 months, utility model 6.4 months, and design 3.2 months.

商标

Trademark

上半年，我国商标申请量为428.4万件；商标注册量为262.9万件。截至2020年6月底，我国有效注册商标量为2741.4万件。

In the first half of the year, 4.284 million trademark applications were filed and 2.629 million trademarks were registered. By the end of June 2020, the number of effective registered trademarks in China has been reached 27.414 million.

共收到各类商标评审案件申请16.6万件，结案19.2万件。商标注册平均审查周期稳定在4.5个月以内。

A total of 166,000 applications for various trademark review and adjudication cases were received, and 192,000 cases were closed. The average review period of trademark registration is stable within 4.5 months.

地理标志

Geographical Indication

上半年，我局核准使用地理标志产品专用标志企业322家，核准注册地理标志商标364件。截至2020年6月底，累计批准地理标志产品2385个，核准专用标志使用企业8811家，累计注册地理标志商标5682件。
    In the first half of the year, 322 enterprises were approved to use special marks for geographical indication products, and 364 geographical indication trademarks were approved to be registered by China National Intellectual Property Administration. By the end of June 2020, 2,385 geographical indication products have been approved, 8,811 enterprises have been approved to use special marks and 5,682 geographical indication trademarks have been registered.

集成电路布图设计

Layout-design of Integrated Circuits

上半年，我国集成电路布图设计登记申请5176件，同比增长78.2%；发证5262件，同比增长111.6%。

In the first half of the year, 5,176 applications for registration of layout-design of integrated circuits were filed, rising by 78.2% compared with the same period last year and 4,074 of them were granted with certificates in China, rising by 111.6% compared with the same period last year.

知识产权保护和运用

IP Protection and Use

上半年，全国各省（区、市）专利侵权纠纷行政裁决案件总量5320件。全国专利商标质押金额853亿元，同比增长45%，质押项目数4678项，同比增长52%。其中，专利质押金额651亿元，同比增长61%，质押项目数4171项，同比增长54%；商标质押总金额202亿元，同比增长8.8%，质押项目数507项，同比增长34%。

In the first half of the year, there were 5,320 cases of administrative adjudication of patent infringement disputes in all provinces (districts and cities). The national patent and trademark pledge amount was 85.3 billion Yuan, rising by 45% compared with the same period last year. The number of pledge projects was 4,678, rising by 52% compared with the same period last year. Among them, the patent pledge amount was 65.1 billion Yuan, rising by 61% compared with the same period last year; the number of pledge projects was 4,171, rising by 54% compared with the same period last year; the total amount of trademark pledge was 20.2 billion Yuan, rising by 8.8% compared with the same period last year; the number of pledge projects was 507, rising by 34% compared with the same period last year.
